My counselling approach.

My work is personalised and collaborative, grounded in respect for each person’s story, cultural identity, and lived experience. I draw on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and body-based approaches to create a plan that fits you.

While the goal of counselling is highly individual, I aim for you to leave our sessions feeling heard, validated, and empowered. Ie hope you gain new insights, develop practical coping skills, and feel a renewed sense of hope and capability to navigate your life's path. Ultimately, I want you to feel a positive shift towards greater well-being.
